Services Offered
Nishkarsha Diagnostic Centre provides various medical diagnostic and laboratory testing services. All tests and reports are conducted following standard medical protocols and procedures. The Centre does not provide any medical treatment, prescriptions, or medical consultations.
Appointment and Booking
Appointments can be booked online, via phone, or in person. Walk-in patients will be attended to based on availability. The Centre reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
Payments and Refunds
All services must be paid for in advance or at the time of testing unless otherwise specified. Payment can be made via cash, credit/debit card, UPI, or other available payment methods. Refunds will only be provided in case of errors on the part of the Centre, such as sample collection issues or incorrect billing. Once a test is conducted, no refunds or cancellations are allowed.
Test Results and Reports
Test reports are confidential and will be provided only to the patient or authorized representatives. Reports are typically available within the time specified at the time of booking, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. The Centre is not liable for any decisions made based on test reports without consultation with a qualified doctor. Nishkarsha Diagnostic Centre does not guarantee 100% accuracy in tests, as medical testing is subject to biological variations.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
Patient data and test results are kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties except when required by law. The Centre follows industry-standard data protection measures to safeguard patient information.
Patient Responsibilities
Patients must provide accurate personal details and medical history before undergoing any test. Patients must follow all pre-test preparation guidelines provided for accurate results. Any misleading or incorrect information provided by the patient is their responsibility.
Liability and Disclaimers
The Centre is not responsible for any medical complications arising from the use or misinterpretation of test reports. The Centre is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. All medical decisions should be made in consultation with a qualified physician based on the test reports.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any disputes or legal matters arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India. These terms comply with applicable healthcare and diagnostic service regulations in India.
